As Southeast Asia's electric vehicle manufacturing and electric motorcycle fleets expanded rapidly, a Tier-1 clean energy contractor in Hai Phong, Vietnam partnered with Henan Yushunxin Heavy Industry Technology (ENV) to establish a comprehensive lithium-ion battery physical recycling facility.

The plant safely processes spent NCM and LFP battery packs, modules, and production reject cells at a rate of 1,000 kg/h. The entire shredding, pulverizing, and screening line operates inside a hermetically sealed nitrogen enclosure (oxygen level maintained < 2.5%), effectively eliminating any risk of thermal runaway, spark ignition, or toxic electrolyte flash fires.

The installation separates clean copper foil granulates, aluminum pellets, and high-tap-density black mass (>98% pure active material), achieving immediate domestic resale and hydrometallurgical refining readiness.
